Zakir Hussain Rose Garden of Chandigarh is the largest rose garden not only in India but in the whole of Asia. Spread over 30 acres of land, this garden has more than 50,000 roses, including 1,600 varieties of roses. Every year in Chandigarh, a Rose Festival (Mahotsava) is also organized as a cultural event. A ticket of Rs 30 per person is charged for entry.
